TradeWinds Cruise Club was established in 1998 on the Dutch side of St.Martin/St. Maarten. Looking back now it hardly seems possible that today’s TradeWinds was conceived from such humble beginnings. TradeWinds Cruise Club was destined to be only the first of many TradeWinds products.

We decided to make luxury, all-inclusive sailing experiences accessible and affordable. We wanted to offer our Members real flexibility and a superior annual cruising event. We knew we were on the right track when our guest books started to fill up with your comments that so often included the sentence “Our best vacation, ever”.

Today the dream has become reality. TradeWinds Cruise Club has established itself as the Caribbean’s largest and fastest growing crewed yacht-charter company.

Since the inception of TradeWinds Cruise Club, a new cruising location has been added each year and we now cover almost the entire Caribbean area with our existing bases. As the fleet of catamarans has grown, we have also upgraded the quality and increased the size of our boats.

TradeWinds Cruise Club’s fleet now include catamarans ranging from 45' - 70' feet, with the latest member of our cruising family, christened “TradeWinds Explorer”, being a unique 70' foot catamaran with which we plan to circumnavigate the globe over the next 10 - 12 years. This will give you unrivaled flexibility, adding new destinations on an annual basis.

While we continue to expand the Club’s horizons with new and exciting destinations in the Caribbean and in ever more exotic, far-away islands and spectacular coastlines, I wish to invite you to experience everything TradeWinds Plus has to offer.
