Booking with TradeWinds Cruise Club
To inquire about availability and booking information, please contact us via the booking/request form at the bottom of the page. Or by phone at 784-457-3407. TradeWinds Cruise Club members can access additional destinations in the Member's Only site.
Bookings/Inquiries for non-RCI members
If you are new to TradeWinds and would like assistance in planning your sailing vacation please submit the form on the bottom of this page and one of our Personal Cruise Planners will contact you promptly. info@tradewindscruiseclub.com
Booking through RCI
If you wish to join a sailing trip with TradeWinds Cruise Club using an RCI exchange, you must contact RCI directly. Booking is handled exclusively through RCI in this case, and you will not be able to book directly through TradeWinds.
Once you have been able to secure the RCI exchange you will receive a Welcome letter from us in which we will ask you a few questions in order for us to prepare for your upcoming charter.
Questions asked will include;
* Do you have any food allergies or nutritional requirements?
* Do you have any sailing experience?
* Are you a certified SCUBA Diver?
* What are your travel arrangements and arrival details?

What if you cannot get an RCI exchange?
TradeWinds Cruise Club is in extremely high demand for people wishing to make an exchange through RCI. As you can imagine, most of our members decide not to deposit their valuable sailing time choosing instead to use it themselves. Therefore securing an exchange can prove difficult, especially when you are looking to sail with us at a specific time. If you experience this, please feel free to contact us directly at TradeWinds, and ask about our special discounted charter rates for RCI members. info@tradewindscruiseclub.com
