Imagine setting sail for the coast of Porto Colon, a natural habitat of free dolphins, where we are likely to spot the pods and even have a swim with them as they play in the waters. A little further along the coast we'll drop anchor close to Turtle Bay where a large family of Loggerhead Turtles have made their home. After some more swimming and possible sights of these beautiful turtles, back onboard, we'll be enjoying a leisurely lunch.

Imagine pulling up the anchor and sailing towards a mid ocean plateau, that is the natural resting place for the pilot whales passing through this area. Pods of 40-50 whales are often seen in this area. Too deep for us to anchor but calm enough to drift on the current and watch these magnificent creatures. A spot of lunch during this magical moment will, of course, be most welcome!

Imagine hoisting the main sail and heading towards the island of La Gomera, steeped in history, being the first port of call for Christopher Columbus as he arrived in 1492 to the Canary Islands. His landmark being the majestic Mount Teide on Teneriffe in the distance, rising 3718 meters (12,200 ft) out of the Atlantic Ocean. The bays and beaches being in the lee of the island offer mile upon mile of deserted and unspoiled tranquility.

You drop anchor in the afternoon at the charming little port of Los Gigantes, a perfect opportunity to explore the friendly streets and quaint shops filled with handmade artefacts and small delights.

And that is not even half the cruise.

Stop dreaming, start planning and sail with us.
